Frank V. Balderrama was born and raised in Carlsbad, New Mexico. After graduating from Carlsbad Senior High School in 1997, Mr. Balderrama attended college at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, where he was an active member, officer and philanthropic chair in the Alpha Omicron Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon. In December 2002, Mr. Balderrama earned his bachelors degree in Government, Law & Society, and History.

Following graduation from New Mexico State University, Mr. Balderrama attended St. Mary's School of Law for one year and then transferred to the University of New Mexico School of Law. At UNM Law School, Mr. Balderrama was as an active member and co-President of the UNM Student Trial Lawyer's Association. Mr. Balderrama graduated from the UNM School of Law in May 2006.

Mr. Balderrama began his journey with the Branch Law Firm in 2005. Since then, Mr. Balderrama has practiced in the fields of mass torts, pharmaceutical litigation, medical negligence, vehicular accidents, and nursing home abuse cases. He has actively engaged in trial and mediation preparation, and has extensive deposition experience for cases pending in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Balderrama has been admitted to practice law in both the State and U.S. District Court of New Mexico. Mr. Balderrama is currently a member of the Albuquerque Bar Association, the New Mexico Trial Lawyer's Association, the American Association for Justice (Motor Vehicle Section, Interstate Trucking Litigation Group and Preemption Litigation Group), and serves as a Board of Governor for the State of New Mexico in the AAJ New Lawyers Division.
