Shane Osborn is an associate attorney at the Branch Law Firm. He is a native Texan and was born and raised in the Dallas area. After graduating from Rockwall High School in 2002, he attended Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, for one semester. He then transferred to Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, in January 2003. At TTU, he was a Founding Father, Treasurer and President of the Theta Kappa Chapter of Sigma Pi and a member of Omicron Delta Kappa Honors Society. In August 2005, he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Tech University.
Following graduation, Mr. Osborn started Osborn Custom Pools Inc., which designed and built commercial and residential swimming pools. After completing his last pool in 2007, he attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. While at STCL, he was Chairman of Recruitment for the Family & Probate Law Society and a member of the Real Estate Law Society. He received the STCL Pro Bono Honors Award and was a participant in the Dean Treece 2008 Summer Academy Mock Trial. Mr. Osborn graduated from South Texas College of Law on the Dean’s Honor List in May of 2010.
Mr. Osborn is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and the State of New Mexico. He practices in the fields of multi-district litigation, mass torts, pharmaceutical litigation and family law. Mr. Osborn is the husband to his loving wife, Ashley Osborn.
