Turner W. Branch established the Branch Law Firm in 1966. From its humble beginnings as a one-lawyer personal injury firm, the Branch Firm has become a nationally known plaintiff’s firm with experience in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. At the Branch Law Firm, we understand what injured people and their families go through. We want to make sure that they have the compensation they need in order to repair their lives. How We Help Our Clients

Compassion is one of the most important aspects of our representation. It gives us the ability to articulate what our clients tell us about their lives. We get to know our clients; we spend time with them. We listen to their thoughts, and find a way to state their case in the most persuasive way possible. We do not exaggerate the damage – we do not have to. We find the best way to convey to opposing counsel, judges, and juries what our clients have suffered, and why they need recompense. We would not do as well if we did not care.

While we are involved with our clients, we do not want the clients overly involved. We are their advocate, but we are also their protector. If an opponent gets tricky or abusive, we shield them. We keep them informed, but we also make clear that we are there to take care of them.
