Roundup: Research Suggests Risk of Developing Cancer
Roundup is an agricultural herbicide used by farmers and the farming community across the nation to combat weeds on the farm.
Roundup contains the chemical glyphosate, a dangerous ingredient that may lead to the following cancers:
- Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma
- B-Cell Lymphoma
- Follicular Lymphoma
- Other Lymphatic Cancers
Roundup is produced by Monsanto and comes in eleven different varieties.
The World Health Organization (WHO) issued a warning in March 2015 concerning the risk of cancer in humans who were exposed to all types of Roundup.
Scientific American published an article that can be found by clicking on this link, Herbicide Linked to Cancer.
The article, released on March 25, 2015, includes important information regarding the World Health Organization’s research.
